I had a great experience with Full Keel Marine. Jonathan and his team are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Kristen went above and beyond to help me find the perfect color for my bottom paint, and it turned out exactly the way I had hoped. I hired Full Keel to perform pre-purchase engine surveys on a boat that I ultimately purchased. Unfortunately, the inspection missed several significant issues that were visibly apparent. Most notably, the timing belts on both engines were loose, resulting in approximately $2,500 in parts alone to correct. Additionally, a repair they performed on the port engine's trim system failed to resolve the hydraulic leak, meaning I now have to haul the boat out of the water to have it repaired properly.

I wanted to share what a great experience I've had with Full Keel Wakefield over the past few years with my 80s Mako. This past Fall it was discovered that I had water leaking into my fuel tank. Mike the mechanic was extremely helpful with laying out my options and was able to custom fit a new tank and fuel fill port. They were able to keep my boat indoors through the Winter and had it ready to go after a full engine tune-up. He even helped the new owner through the startup and maintenance process. I brought a neglected Noverinia tender to Full keel as a new customer. I asked them to check it out and tune it up. They completed the job on time and evaluated the entire tender, fixing everything to a T. They couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with and went above and behind for me and the tender. I’m sure I’ll take my Grady White there at the end of the season for a close look at the engine, winterization and shrink wrapping! Great job guys!! See you in November!
