We have always been able to get ahold of them which is a plus. They have typically been pretty responsive. We’ve only had one instance where we’re waiting for a repair for an extended period of time. They’re usually pretty quick.

I'm yet to sign the paperwork and move in but want to give them props already. Fast on getting back to me, and efficient on getting me through the process. They do indeed follow first come first serve which is nice. Background check and approval was knocked out in a matter of hours after application (I was lucky enough to be first in line). Communication thus far has been nice and clear and friendly, not bossy like some other companies in town. I have had the most positive experiences with Full House Property Management so far. Anya and Claudia are fabulous, messages are quickly responded to either the day of or the next day. Any concerns I’ve had or things that need to be looked at are promptly addressed with someone coming out the day of to address the issue or call to schedule a time to come out.
