Kudos to Robert and his company! We had him come out to clean all of the carpets in a newly purchased unit: bedrooms, stairs, basement. He was always super nice to work with, and the results were perfect. He had great recommendations on future things to consider for the new unit (the basement carpet needs to be re-stretched someday), and explained what to expect from the cleaning with respect to carpet dents from previous owners (many came out with the cleaning - others will take time).
