Our first time here and We waited for 30 mins for menu customer service here is terrible ,the chairs are is uncomfortable the food is overly hyped most food don’t look like the pictures the pork sinagang is horrible didn’t taste like sinagang the pork is either bad or going bad and said was coated never heard anyone coat their meat for sinagang Horrible!!! Made a lunch reservation for 12:30. arrived at 1235. Non one greeted us at the door for 10 minutes so had to go to kitchen and get help. No table ready but all other tables in the restaurant full. Had to wait another ten minutes to be seated at a table in the back near the kitchen. Server was backed up, never brought drinks until we requested a 2nd time and food took 45 minutes to arrive. I was not going to do a review but I can’t get over it. I let it pass the day we went because I didn’t want to ruin a happy day. Coming here stressed us out. Everything took so long. We stood at the hostess stand without being greeted for a while, after being seated, waited to order for a while, waited for the food for a while. The food was just meh.
