Ben was excellent and came recommended. Right on time Monday morning with a wealth of knowledge. Gave me ideas how to handle my LG Fridge blower fan appearing to have ice build up. Though there was no ice build up visually, suggested to take everything out of the Fridge and Freezer, let it thaw for 8 hours. It was a task and good advice ending with success. We had them come out and fix our fridge in 2022, and they were very friendly, quick, and fair. We paid around $300 in total, and saved us around $1,200, because I was about to buy a new fridge. My favorite part was that Ben answered all of my questions 3 years later on which appliance brands to buy, and which to avoid. He was very helpful and generous with his time. I'll always use these guys for any future appliance repairs

Ben visited our condo twice to examine leaking water from a GE washing machine . Both calls were quick with little examination . The first appointment cost $120 and Ben said the leaking water was coming from front of washer. There was a small line of water coming from the front. I cleaned door gasket after and found water dripping from the back Of the washer . The next appointment was free.
