this year I placed an order with full force, called because I had a question before ordering and the guy on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I purchased a DieselSite Adrenaline HPOP which comes with a refundable Core charge of $400.00 (I thought), also purchased an HPOP Line Set and IPR from Full Force Diesel in Tennessee on November 20, 2022, spending more than $1700. I had the parts delivered directly to the Diesel garage in Kanab, Utah. I purchased a Garrett 739619-5004S GTP38R Turbo on 7/01/2021 as well as a Garrett Non EBPV Delete Pedestal along with 4" exhaust for my 2002 7.3 road service truck. Installed on 7/16/2021 Upon cranking the truck the loud noise was unbearable (sounded like you were dragging the truck down the road with no tires or wheels on it ) extremely loud. Sent my working ficm in to get tuned came back in good time put it in and nothing. Sent it back to get fixed and for a month fought with no one knowing anything about it. Out of the blue got it back and same deal nothing. Ficm is fried trucks been sitting no support waste of money will go elsewhere.
