Came here for a drop in - what a great group of people! Great programming, nice open space and good equipment, and of course great coaches. Highly recommend this box. I'll be back when I come through the area again! Thanks again y'all!

I started crossfit at 50. Best decision I've ever made. Just turned 53 and Full Focus Crossfit is a huge part of my lifestyle. Awesome coaches and programming with supportive members who welcome and encourage every member. I can't recommend Full Focus Crossfit enough.
