Purchased a down spout but got wrong color. Tried to exchange and was told it was Scratched (we were very careful with it and did not damage it). They would not exchange it. Be sure to carefully examine product so they don't sell you a damaged piece. Man was very condescending as well.
I love this place, no complaints.
