I called Full Draw Construction at the beginning of July to fix a leak in our upstairs bathroom that we believed was a result of a faulty roof. They came out and told us it was most likely the pipe boots on the second story. The guy was nice and explained that they would go in and look at the plywood and replace any that looked rotted and make sure the roof and leak was fixed. They quoted us $1200 to replace two boots. Was a great experience learning about which roof was best for our budget. Brad is one of the nicest and knowledgeable roofing contractors that I have spoke with. Reason I'm leaving review prior to having them do our house is because he was the only one who really took the time to discuss my needs.
