Ian is great! He is intuitive, kind, and an amazing masseuse! He also has a good sense of my attitude and adjusts his engagement to match!
I call Alex my body breaker. He breaks my body down so it will build back up correctly. He is a goat in understanding my body and what I need to work on to rebuild each muscle correctly. Top tier experience. I came because I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. Not sure if a massage would be an effective measure, but I thought I’d give Ian a try. I am grateful I did. My experience started with a brief intake exam. Questions about what’s bothering me and then instruction to display a range of movements that may better tell my body’s story.
