Super disappointed in this therapy as I had high hopes for my child. We went for an evaluation a few months ago & got all approved for speech for my son. After the appointment the front office had told me that insurance would cover it & we would have to pay our co pay (after our deductible was met of course) after my son attended two speech sessions, the front office told me that insurance would not be covering it & I would be paying 80 dollars per hour session. Was a lot of help for our son.
Sheila was very rude and unprofessional. She canceled my children’s referrals for no reason and when I called to schedule she told me I would have to get re-referred because she shredded the referral due to me missing a phone call. I Informed her that I had also returned her call and left a message and she said she didn’t realize. As a busy mom working full time please excuse me for missing a phone call. this was heartbreaking and frustrating as a parent who is just trying to get the support needed for her children.
