I was referred to Rajanikanth Maddhi a.k.a Raj by my coworker who's used his realty services more than once. This was my first home purchase and Raj guided and mentored me throughout. He also stepped up in negotiations and inspection negotiations. Raj and Anita were very diligent with their steps and were always instantly reachable and communicative.
