Full Circle and Stephanie Gilbert are as unethical and unprofessional as they come. Throw in a healthy dose of incompetence as well, and you may begin to get a picture of what life is like as a unit owner dealing with such an awful management company. I wouldn’t waste my time renting from this management group. They don’t work with tenants to resolve problems and have ridiculous terms in their lease. They push out long-term tenants and take their time when turning over properties to charge the former tenant longer for break lease rent. I have worked with Stephanie and the staff of Full Circle for 2 years. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of our condo Association. They look out for our best interests, and we can count on them to provide immediate service in emergency situations. No matter the situation: financial, environmental, legal, town ordinances, Stephanie is our advocate, and she always provides us with up-to-date information. I highly recommend her as a management professional.
