Never had any problems with maintenance. If people treated them like they wanted to be treated themselves life would be much so much better.

Possible scam. Filled out an application and paid the fee exactly one month ago. I have left numerous phone calls and have sent emails requesting an update on the status of my application. I have not heard anything from them. I see they're active with replying to the google reviews, so unfortunately this is likely the only way to draw attention to this issue.
