I only gave 1 star because you have to give at least 1. This is the worst run property management office I know of and ********************* is just the icing! She has no customer service skills! She is **** to property owners! Communication skills are lacking and will work with people when there are any issues with payments. She just sends it off to an attorney to s**** with the owner who is already having issues. This *** is horrible.. They let trash fly all over and the let people dump furniture in the dumpster area. They have a company come out to repaint the buildings then never finish or leave the buildings half done with a wall half done.I also had my car keyed on the property. Twice on one side. Email the company (*****) No response. Then a few months later my fiancs car got keyed we emailed again and she pretty much said sorry nothing we can do. I may as well flush a few hundred dollars down the toilet every month. Full Circle Management is completely useless. Our *** is responsible for very little. Our community has no amenities to be maintained other than the exterior of 9 units, landscaping, and a dumpster enclosure. They fail in all aspects. We have had issues with termites, exterior leaks that cause damage to the interior of our home, neighbors illegally dumping unwanted junk and furniture in front of our home, and so much more. I would be careful doing any business with them. They stalked, harassed, and extorted thousands of dollars from our insurance company in retaliation. We have made the insurance company aware of the apparent fraudulent claim and can update following their investigation. As of 8/13 no work has been completed to account for the $ they claimed as damaged personal property. Furthermore their monthly fees are absurdly high and do not all come back to the areas they manage. Find a more morale company.
