I love working with Full circle Homecare llc they are the best
We had two bad experiences where one aide got fired for Medicaid fraud and I’m still waiting on a FOIA act file on the outcome of her case as she has another job and claims she did not get in trouble. The second aide to get in trouble stole about $250 within 2 weeks. The company did immediately terminate her and reimburse $150. We only asked for Another $75 because we weren’t 100% sure how much was stolen as a lot of the money was change. Manager and aids don't see to have any consideration or understanding of a client with chronic health issues that cause frequent hospital stays and cause me to be bedridden and incapacitated for days at a time. There's time where aids are continually late or don't show up at all and I've never received a call about it, but I have continued to be cut from the program if I don't inform THEM that I don't need them on a specific day and they seem to blame the client for that because their aids have to take Ubers or busses. I have found this company and the staff to be caring and very compassionate to work with. I was honored to care for all of my clients. The staff is very dedicated to providing their clients with the best care. They are very good with matching clients and home health aides. I have even referred people that I know who are looking for home healthcare to this company as well.
