Horrible company Shanell is a scammer her company have does there job you see different faces every day Shanell doesn’t stay in stl and it’s was the worst experience ever with low budget company

I was the very first office coordinator for this company in 2020 and I must say after I went on indeed and seen my position posted without my knowledge I knew the owner Shanell did not know how to properly manage a company, speak with her staff when something was not going right and how to actually “be a boss” I would not recommend this place of employment to anyone due too low pay rates, no health insurance, no pto or OT or holiday pay. I was looking for some care for my parents - Full Circle has been amazing to work with. They quickly assessed and understood the needs of my parents. The rates are affordable and they were able to work with the number of hours/week I needed for my parents. I've never met the owner (I live out of state) but at least once a week, my parents tell me how wonderful she is and how thankful they are that we were able find the care that (they didn't think) they needed. I would recommend Full Circle to anyone looking for this care.
