A fantastic comprehensive center that addresses all the facets of health and wellness!
MELT has helped me in numerous ways. Finding relaxation and calmness in my body assisting me in getting my best most efficient workout when I MELT before going to Pilates or a dance class. As a hairdresser I find I work with less tention and effort and my hands and back feel better. I am sleeping a better too. Thank you Shannon.
