This year I decided to be my own Valentine and got the best Valentines gift ever; a new bike from Full Circle Cycles! Thank you Fred and Woody for all of your help. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am so happy and excited!
They are very helpful and very customer service oriented. They hear the needs of the customer and will make sure all needs are satisfied. They have very personable and friendly employees and staff. Full circle cycle also is very philanthropic and loved giving back to the community and helps local organizations raise money for philanthropy.
Just picked up my new Specialized bike - to replace the one I bought here more than 10 years ago (and which will probably be ridden by my granddaughter for another 10 years.) Fred and Alan went well beyond my expectations with their unbelievable service. From answering questions to transferring equipment, all was completed quickly, efficiently and to my full satisfaction. I would recommend Full Circle Cycle highly to anyone needing a new bike, service or just a friendly place to talk biking.
The staff is ALWAYS super friendly, the merchandise and bikes are well prices and the store is neat and clean! They've got my loyalty for life!
Always friendly! Took my new Liv Flourish in yesterday for a 2 month check up. They put a different seat, I had, on for no charge too!
