A great CrossFit experience!
I was a committed member of Full Circle but ultimately decided to leave due to several concerns, primarily the shift in programming, lack of coaching, and unprofessional communication. The introduction of Cardio AF, which replaced three days of traditional CrossFit workouts, significantly impacted my experience. I joined for structured CrossFit programming with hands-on coaching, but instead, many workouts felt more like independent training sessions.
