Took my 2012 Mazda CX-9 in for a brake check. Was fairly sure the front brakes needed replaced. Roy handled everything for us, and by 11:30 this morning, I had a text with a full report on what was recommended. Brakes were good, but some other maintenance things were recommended. Car drives perfectly now. If I had taken it to a national chain, I'm sure they would have just told me I needed the brakes replaced, even though they were fine.
