These people are shady. Equipment never works and they want you to Continue to pay. They got the wrong one this time.

I got swindled into transferring from ADT where I had had few if any problems to Brinks. In the past 7 months, I've had to replace two batteries and my front door sensor because it kept going off. When it was cold out I was getting all kinds of low battery warnings on my door sensors so have replaced those but I'm not confident that batteries are the issue but, rather, the sensors which are inside the house so should not be impacted by the cold weather outside. I'm still dealing with the front door sensor because, I was not ... read more

Had BRINKS for 4 years. Bought new house. Disconnected old house. Simple enough. NOPE!! Took over ten calls to complete simple task of moving and hooking up new equipment. CALLED and was on hold forever each time. Transferred multiple times to different people and put on hold some more. Techs no showed. To the point they said they are giving me four free months for my issues. They now say I have a zero balance but yet has sent my account to collections for 199.00. Absolutely a terrible company. They bought out my previous alarm company that was amazing. I've had nothing but problems with them. I've been trying to do a simple upgrade that required for over a month. Tech's couldn't get it to work so I got sent a new panel. Over two days I'm spent 5 hours on the phone to try to get the panel simply activated and I've been hung up on 3 times and place back into queue (30 minute minimum wait to speak to a live person) because that tech didn't know even the basics.
