I had them come out to give me an estimate to install a toilet, a dishwasher and a faucet. $99 just to stop and look. I also wanted my water heater and my pilot light on my furnace lid. I was told they can't work on my furnace or my water heater unless I replace them. I really feel as if they were just trying to sell me some stuff I don't need. This company has really gone down hill. AC installed wasn’t the same seer rating as what was purchased. They said it’s the governments fault. Said the stove was probably making the AC not cool. Since the thermostat was on the other side of the stove.

To begin This company does not honor their Word from the very beginning on the company's web site it is VERY CLEARLY STATED that All ESTIMATES ARE FREE and they also Offer UP FRONT PRICING!! Before any work is done so there is no hidden cost or Fees However this does not apply to vulnerable Female Senior Citizens who can be pressure into paying for the luxury of knowing what a service will cost before they are expected to pay for it.
