Never received a return message or call back when I called theto ask about a service they provide.... No response whatsoever... Who does business like this...????? You got my shot....never again.....!!!!!
they came and looked at a pipe left to go buy a peice we called them and said never mind we do not need them to help they continue to come back to our house and state that we owe them 106$ because they had already “looked” that the problem. ridiculous and we got the whole thing fixed by someone else for only 75$ less then what they charged to LOOK AT IT we never had any problems before we actually always went to them but after this we will not be going back at all this is coming from the gallagher residence.
I had them come out to give me an estimate to install a toilet, a dishwasher and a faucet. $99 just to stop and look. I also wanted my water heater and my pilot light on my furnace lid. I was told they can't work on my furnace or my water heater unless I replace them. I really feel as if they were just trying to sell me some stuff I don't need. Also, to install a toilet, a dishwasher and a faucet they wanted $1500. No wonder they can afford those fancy trucks and billboard ads. I called the competition... $450. You can call ... read more
This company has really gone down hill. AC installed wasn’t the same seer rating as what was purchased. They said it’s the governments fault. Said the stove was probably making the AC not cool. Since the thermostat was on the other side of the stove.
