Awful, incompetent, and overpriced. We've been with Fulkerson for three years and had their membership plan too. The whole point of the plan is to get preferential services. And yet, when we have an emergency we're told it'll be two days before they can stop by. What am I paying for then?! But the most egregious thing is that for the last 3 years we've had our HVAC system struggle to cool the house. These scammers suggested an entire new unit of almost 15k. I live in Dallas TX, and I own a rental in Roswell. The tenant contacted me in May, stating the AC was not working and outside coil was frozen. I decided to go with Fulkerson for repair services as they are big guys in town with the resources and reputation. On May 16th first tech diagnosed the issue was attributed to worn out schrader and low refrigerant. I paid $819.70 for replacement and 2 lbs of refrigerant. They call themselves a Christian company. DO NOT!!!! Believe it. They are the farthest thing from being a Christian company. They are worse than that, they give Christians a very bad name
Frankie fixed the clogged drains, made sure everything was working and draining before he left and stayed until the job was done. It was 90 something outside, he didn't complain, was very thorough and did the job right. Would definitely recommend Fulkerson for any plumbing fixes and hope you have Frankie as your technician, he does a good job , the old school way of doing something right and staying until the job is completed.
