I saw Dr. Fulkerson for over two years of "split therapy." While he was OK at medication management, he was abysmal at the "talk therapy" part of his job. He routinely allowed package-delivery men into his office during our sessions--a violation of privacy I have never experienced by any other therapist. He dismissed my protests as a displaced reaction to past hurts. Heaven knows HE couldn't be wrong! Chilling to think that Duke Univ. employs him to train future psychiatrists!
