I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Metellus office as a new patient. I felt he listened to my feedback as a patient. The front desk was very friendly and helpful when I walked in. I liked the text message reminders and emails from the office regarding my appointment. I’m happy I have a great Doctor who listens and has a friendly staff at the office

I just had my first visit with Dr. Metellus. He and his office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Metellus gave his full attention to me during our entire session. He asked me a lot of thoughtful and relevant questions to get an understanding of my struggle. He followed up with clarifying questions and thoughtful responses. They will offer to call your insurance for you to confirm coverage of testing. They'll tell you you're covered in full and ask if you want to proceed, have you sign a form that says you could be billed and then randomly charge your card on file right before they text you you have a bill. Somewhat deceptive billing practices. Moral of the story, I should've called my insurance myself because I'm sure they would've told me I didn't meet my deductible and that the testing WAS NOT "covered in full" like I was told by the office... read more

Receptionist was prompt in returning my call, was vordial and helpful, called me back after checking indurance coverage. Dr. Introduced himself and thoroughly answered questions about his training and practice. He was easy to talk to and I felt heard. Office clean and comfortable.
