It’s not often we need maintenance but when we do, Scott and Harold are very professional and efficient. It’s clear they care about the quality of their work. Also, we appreciate Elyse’s communication. She responds quickly with relevant information and addresses our concerns as they come up. These 3 are definitely assets to your company!
The new property manager is a scammer. They outsourced work to money hungry contractors that said the unit more work than it actually needed. Used verbiage like excessive/ heavy ware, etc just to leverage their case to steal your deposits. They’ll move you into an old, outdated property and use your deposit to add value to their run down properties. Take LOTS of pictures before you rent from these crooks and store them in a file for when you move out.
