Greg is the slum lord of slum lords. He Left my fiance and I with a broken A/C system for 5 weeks in the heat of the summer. P-trap under the sink leaked for a year causing horrible black mold and Greg just kept putting bandaid fixes on the problem. He promised my fiance he’d fix the fence for over a year; never did. Terrible experience, spoke with Sandra about a property listing on Zillow. I was wondering what the process was to tour the house. She then went on and asked a bunch of questions regarding how much I make, where I live etc. Never told us if we could do a tour or anything regarding the process for that, when we asked her why she needed all this information for a tour she said “Well if you can’t afford the house why even bother looking at it”. If I could rate this place a 0 I would, I contacted a property listed on Crestridge Drive that had Fulcrum management listed as the property management company, and initially I was able to speak to someone by the name of Greg after calling about 6 times... I received a lock box code in exchange for my DL Number to access the building/property on my own...when I arrived to my surprise there was NO LOCK BOX and the mail lady told me the property was no longer vacant... I tried calling back to make sure that my personal DL Info... read more
