Every single trainer who works here is inspirational and you'll always find something new to learn from them. I've been showing up with curiosity and consistency for 2 years and have seen absolutely transformative results in my health and strength.
Fulcrum is an awesome gym with a super friendly, welcoming environment. The programming is excellent - challenging but not pressure-based. You’re encouraged to work at your own pace, not lift heavier or go faster unless you want to. I also love that there’s a wide range of ages in the classes, and even though my class was full, there was still plenty of space to move comfortably while working with kettlebells. Great workout, great coach and great community.
I first started going to Fulcrum Fitness in 2010 at their MLK location for their group classes and loved it. Excellent trainers and management while all of the members are made up of a diverse community who really support each other. I’ve also done small group over the years and then some 1 on 1 training after shattering my arm up at Mt. Hood in 2021. The benefits were huge for my recovery. I can even do cartwheels again, LOL.
