Food took 50 min to come out. Had to follow up 2x and no supervisor was there to accomodate and update on customers. Food came out - chicken teriyaki was too salty, gyoza was dry, udon noodles not hot anymore and miso soup was watered down. My bentl box is missing the california roll which never came out. No one is keeping tab on the orders and communicated to us, and they just charged us out.
