Great Food and Service – delicious, authentic japanese food. very healthy because it uses fine ingredients; they make their soba and udon noodles from scratch daily. very affordable, great service. however, the wait can be long at times (weekend evenings). highly reccomend!
healthy, organic Japanese fare Fukada is a gem of a restaurant in Irvine. Their specialty is handmade sobas and udon noodles. They're very reasonably priced, and the food tastes fresh and healthy. Their combination lunches and dinners are a great deal, you can get either udon or soba, and one of the "dons"/rice bowls. I love that you can get organic brown rice here.
