Great customer service, steak is delicious 🤤
New Years Eve, 6pm. Served us the wrong meals. Took over 1 hr to get those wrong meals, then waited for the correct ones. Just stay away !
Our family of 10 were there tonight December 29, 2025. The food was great but the room was freezing cold and the food got cold before we could eat it. Told the cook and he said the burner would heat up the room but it didn’t. Won’t go there again anytime soon.
It honestly breaks my heart to write this review. We love this place and come here at least two times a month—we’ve never had a bad experience until now. But today, of all days, was my birthday, and it was completely ruined. The food prepared by Chef Cruz was so salty I physically couldn’t eat it. But what really hurt was the very disrespectful comment Chef Cruz made to me. It’s just so sad to be treated that way on a special occasion at a place we usually consider our favorite. Our server as always was absolutely amazing!
