We had never seen food cooked at a Japanese restaurant. The chef was very entertaining and did an excellent job of seasoning and cooking to perfection. We will be back!
I went last night with family, group of 10, the waitress was rude, the place was not accommodating on a simple request of vinegar and oil for a salad which they had done many times before, and all 4 of us that ordered medium rare steak it was pretty much done. The two that ordered medium cooked steak theirs was more medium rare than the ones that were actually suppose to be medium rare. Needless to say after spending almost $300 for that crap we will not be back to the location in Effingham.
They have very friendly staff. You will be seated . You will A chef that stands before you and prepares your meal as you watch him. He does all kinds of funny jokes as he is cooking the food. They are excellent at what they are doing. And when the food is done it portioned out on your plate. It is fun experience and great food. We don't get to go as often as we'd like but the kids love it and the food is always excellent
First time eating here. Wasn't for sure what to order but we figured it out. All the food was excellent and the service was great. We spent our 7th Anniversary here. We will be eating here again for sure.
