We had a fantastic time celebrating a 90th Birthday! Our cook Bobby made our visit memorable with his fun filled style in preparing our meal. Remington our server went beyond just serving our drinks and dishes. He was very helpful and took extra steps to make our visit perfect. Our dinner party only had praise for our time at Fujiama of Japan’s steak house Olympia Washington. I would love to have this team again! Thank you! Debbie
Food was awesome. Server Tanner was great and chef Han was fantastic! We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and it was the right choice!
I’ve never had an experience like the one I had last night. The server (Remy) was inexcusably rude. He was instantly defensive when I asked questions about my bill. I was trying to understand why it was $20 more than I was expecting. He was very combative; customers at the next table were watching. He brought his manager over who was 10x worse.
