Choosing Fujitsu mini splits was a horrible decision. I paid over $18,000 for a 5 unit system to be installed 5 years ago, and multiple units have failed within the first 3 years. The 10 year guarantee covers the parts, but no technician wants to deal with making the repairs because of the high failure rates. And Fujitsu doesn't cover the cost of labor or refrigerant, which are astronomical. Garbage product sold by a garbage company.

This review is for the Fujitsu mini split AC. I purchased 2 units 6 years ago, each came with a 10 year warranty. I thought I was buying a reliable product because of name recognition, and said warranty. One unit has already failed and the coil needs replacing. That part is covered under warranty, but the labor isn’t. It is still costing me over $1000 to get it repaired. It is ridiculous that it only lasted 6 years. ACs should last decades, especially ones that cost $6,0000 each. I should have gone with a Mitsubishi, or a ra... read more
