Never purchase a Fujitsu ductless ac unit. I purchased mine 8 years ago and it ***** worked in a year.They should last at least 15 years. In the last year I have had 13 service calls and spent over $6000 to repair it. It still doesnt work. I have tried to contact Fujitsu by phone and email well over 25 times and no response. In fact the operator at their ******** ** site never answers the phone. Never!!! Ive never seen a company with worse customer service in my life. The ONLY installation instructions included in the ScanSnap iX1600 box FORCES customers to agree to a monthly/costly subscription service to upgrade computer drivers that the users can get for FREE. I use ScanSnap at work and wanted to buy one for my home. When I received my product, It took me forever to finally find the non-subscription forcing on-line instructions/downloads on www.Fujitsu.com to install my ScanSnap iX1600.
