Never purchase a Fujitsu ductless ac unit. I purchased mine 8 years ago and it ***** worked in a year.They should last at least 15 years. In the last year I have had 13 service calls and spent over $6000 to repair it. It still doesnt work. I have tried to contact Fujitsu by phone and email well over 25 times and no response. The ONLY installation instructions included in the ScanSnap iX1600 box FORCES customers to agree to a monthly/costly subscription service to upgrade computer drivers that the users can get for FREE. I use ScanSnap at work and wanted to buy one for my home.
