My husband and me have been patients for over 15 years, but won't go back to the office after last visit. Dr Fujii himself is a great dentist - but he is planning to "phase out" & retire. The entire office staff seems to be replaced, and they were VERY rude about not covering my insurance anymore. They wanted the money for the cleaning "up front at time of visit next time" (about 300$!). Dr. Fujii and his staff were very professional and friendly. I hate going to the dentist and he made it a good experience.
Dr all about the money. $187 consultation, decided to go to another Dr refused to give me my impression models from consult. Said i would have to pay for the copies. I even brought my own xrays.
Poor service. Doc has an attitude. They don't call you back. The entire office staff has been replaced ? what's going on ? Technically very mediocre. I'm never going back to them!
