Best hibachi place in tc I always come here on special occasions and the food is always amazing with energetic chefs and attentive wait staff. The soup and salad are always excellent and I had the steak and chicken for main course which was very good. Overall great experience

I've been here double-digit times and every single visit has been nothing short of eye-opening to how much the rest of this industry is falling behind. The service is impeccable with kind waiters and waitresses, all on top of lightning-fast serving times. Above all else, stands the food itself. If the Mona Lisa was a roll of sushi, you'd find it here. Large portions of entrees AND sushi is abnormal when the food is SO good but Fuji just does it differently. HIGHLY Recommended
