Tried to have some dinner last night but was denied service. Was told “hibachi grill not open for 1”, meaning a single diner couldn’t be seated at the hibachi grill. When I called to complain the manager (Joe Wang) told me he was trying to “coach me” when he told me I could be seated in the dining room, but not at the hibachi grill. The server meaning the woman had a attitude problem I never been to a Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse and was charged for the noodles and the fried rice not understanding what did the 19.95 cover if it wasn't for any of that Kabuto is the best
Took the Family there for the first time on Valentines Day. Food was good, we were seated promptly. My only gripe is that stuff is expensive. I was in a party of 5. No extra appetizers or Alcohol was ordered our Bill after tip was $192.55 OUCH!
Walked in. Stood waiting for someone to seat us. 4 workers walked by and never acknowledged us after several minutes so we left. From reading other reviews same issue about the crappy service. Dont waste your time @ this place.
A little heavy on the sodium. I wouldn't give it a high grade on the health rating... meaning like quality compared to organic restaurants. But if you eat for Taste you're going to love it. Great atmosphere
