Went there last night for sashimi. Ordered the dinner 20 pieces. What a joke! Each piece was so thinly cut that I felt not only cheated but ashamed on behalf of all sushi restaurants in the world. Furthermore the fish was not prepared at the correct temperature. It tasted as though it just being deiced. Miso soup and salad would be an extra cost. Needless to say further, don't go here for sashimi.
Went with business associates, it was a comfortable & fun atmosphere. The hibatchi grill served great food. They had some unique twists that was different than at any other grills. Their yum yum sauce was better than most. I also had a really good merlot. The service was friendly & quick. My new favorite Japanese Restaurant. Had excellent food, good wine, and a fun time. My new favorite restaurant.
We ate here on 8/21/10 and this restaurant serves up the worst sushi I've ever eaten. They have a great sushi special - 3 for $12, however you definitely get what you pay for. I would buy sushi out of the back of some dude's truck in a K-Mart parking lot in 100 degree weather before I would eat sushi at Fuji again. In addition, my boyfriend and I threw up violently about 2 hours after eating here, which only validated our opinion of this restaurant.

A casual environment, jeans and a t-shirt are just fine here. The staff if always friendly and ready to make suggestions on dishes to try. Very clean also. Everything is very well-kept and tidy. The whole layout of the building is wonderful. Very relaxing place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Even the bathrooms are nice! And of course the food is FANTASTIC!
