Chicken tasted like it was soaked in soy sauce, so salty and wasn’t edible. Noodle rations were sized for a toddler. Chef wasn’t interactive with anyone at all. When I mentioned the chicken and noodles to them they showed me a $2 discount and a $7 discount. I paid and after I left and checked my receipt there was only the $2 discount and the $7 discount was gone.
The food isn't worth the money or the time. I ordered two rolls, a seaweed salad and teriyaki noodles. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes and it ended up being a whole hour. The rolls looked sloppy and the teriyaki noodles were just over cooked spaghetti. They didn't even offer anything as compensation for the ridiculous wait. If you're craving something different go to Sweet Heat. They're open Friday and Saturday with better food, prices and service. Definitely won't be going back to Fuji.
