Excellent food! But the back room with 4 grills was hotter than Hades!! Air wasn't cut on until we complained ....it was too late the thermostat read 87 degrees!!

It’s a different dining experience because they prepare the food in front of you. They also have traditional menu seating. Food is pretty good with decent portions. It is a little pricey, but I recommend it.
What in the world has happened to Fuji! Used to be a great place to eat but has gone down. Food is terrible and the prices on the menu are not what they charge. I was told the menu was not updated when I got the surprise prices.
