RecommendedAfter a stressful day we just enjoyed an awesome Fuji dinner on the “grill” side with our great chef”they call me Bob”! We had perfectly cooked steaks, a yummy California roll, a little Sake’, and a great dinner! Keep up the good work Fuji!!

Excellent food! But the back room with 4 grills was hotter than Hades!! Air wasn't cut on until we complained ....it was too late the thermostat read 87 degrees!!

It’s a different dining experience because they prepare the food in front of you. They also have traditional menu seating. Food is pretty good with decent portions. It is a little pricey, but I recommend it.
