Food is always great here but customer service was extremely lackluster. You have to order at the front counter and also throw away your own food. Don’t mind this at all but they shouldn’t have the right to ask for a tip if all they are going to do is leave the food at your table. Please refrain from tipping unless they provide actual customer service.
Customer service was SUPERB!!! I was helped by a young lady whose name was Megan. She was kind and patient. She also recommended me two dishes after asking me what type of foods I like. She is the reason I’ll be back and recommend my friends and family! My noodles and the lo mein were a bit dry, but everything else was amazing.
Order at counter, food co.es out in plastic trays like a grocery store, very reasonable prices and quick food, just not the atmosphere we like.
Great food I would I highly recommend and really nice workers.
