Terrible!!! Will NEVER order from this Fuji again. The rolls were extremely small, ika yaki was soaked in some sort of sauce. The other Fuji Grill in Hamburg for the SAME order is so much better. So very disappointed!

The food and service were both fantastic. The server was very friendly, she was the only one working the tables and the place was pretty filled. We got our food fast and she memorized all the orders without even writing anything down! The chef who was also very kind even came out to our table to make sure everything was good. We will be returning and looking forward to trying many different menu items.
We eat at the Orchard Park location at least once a month. Every time is delicious. The second we walk in everyone remembers us. Our normal server knows exactly what we drink and we don’t even have to ask. Just had a sushi dish that was Spicy salmon avocado inside. Lightly fried topped with spicy scallops fried tobiko scallion that was to die for! Yes it’s simple and not fancy but it’s a true gem to Orchard Park!!!
