Do not even bother with this place.
A great place to rent. Conveniently located with lots of natural light and well maintained units. Concrete walls which makes hearing the neighbors super rare. Landlord promptly answers any questions and all emails.
Steve is a caring landlord who made the whole process of renting close to Pacific University easy. He truly cares about the students he is renting to and the property he is maintaining for them to look livme in.
Landlord is on drugs. Lots of crazy screaming profanity. Peeking in our windows when were not home. I wondered why the unit were so cheap, There's so much turnover. Do not rent here.
