I have never had a kind periodontist until now. I have a difficult time with dental work, but have a wonderful dentist who recommended Dr Rost and she is wonderful — kind, patient and clear. The entire office works efficiently and with care. Highly recommend
I had a consultation with a periodontist here and was pleased with the doctor’s professionalism and care. However, my experience with billing was disappointing. I had clearly communicated that I do not have dental insurance, and while the consultation fee was explained upfront, an additional Cone beam CT scan was performed without informing me of the cost beforehand. I was later charged $310 for this test without prior consent or discussion. Transparency in pricing is essential, especially for patients paying out of pocket. ... read more
