My husband and I wanted to have dinner and some drinks at the Porterville Fugazzis location. Upon entering we received many rude looks from staff and customers. We were seated fairly quickly however a server did not come to greet us for about 20 minutes until we walked out. All other tables were being served and greeted. We loved the new location in Porterville. It’s beautifully decorated and the exposed brick is amazing! The food was delicious and the service was great!!
We love Everything about Fugazzis!
I went for my 8yrs anniversary with my wife and my kids Service was so bad but what made it disappointing was 1:45 wait that we had to wait which no one was there anyways ... to get a drink was more the 30min+ I ask for the manager but the server gave me a name until I told him who was the owner was then ask me if I wanted to talk to the manager... No thanks they were so on organize with no training...they really need help...
