Queer friendly gym with small class sizes. The coaches really get to know each of their clients personally, and make you want to come back and do a little better each week.
Incredible atmosphere with coaches who are equal parts kind, compassionate, disciplined and strict. Unrivaled knowledge and an ability to meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey and get you to the next level while having a hell of a lot of fun. man I love this place.

I haven’t had my ass kicked like this in years! My goal is to lose 43lbs and I am extremely confident from my first class Janibell will help me hit that goal. She’s an absolute pro, easy to work with and very helpful for newbies like me. I can’t wait to return and keep working through her classes to hit my goals and be in better shape/health. Fun class, great music too!!!
After moving from Boston six months ago, my top priority was finding a gym/community to join. Well, let me tell you, I hit the jackpot with Fuerza Training Systems! I can't express enough gratitude towards Janibell & Bradley. They are not only amazing coaches but also incredible humans. Their training programs are top-notch, focusing on support, motivation, and correct form. From day one, I felt right at home. I've made new friends and absolutely love this community. SCORE!!!
