I’ve been training with JC the last couple of months now and have been really happy with him and Fuerza gym! I was completely new to the gym and JC has been patient, helped me develop my skills, and overall helped make the feel gym less intimidating, as it has become apart of my weekly routine. Everyone at Fuerza has been really nice, would definitely recommend JC and the gym itself.

If you’re looking for a trainer, definitely consider JC at Fuerza gym. He has the knowledge to train individuals at all experience levels and with various goals. I’m not new to weight training but was looking for someone who could help me optimize my form. My goal was to lift more weight not necessarily to lose weight. With that said, in one month I was still able to lose body fat percentage and I increased my deadlift 1RM from 200 to about 230.
