Great gym with 24/7 access, no front desk but you get your own key. Powerlifting room is spacious with multiple squat racks. JC, the owner / personal trainer, is extremely friendly and helpful. I came to him with the goal of getting stronger, and I saw considerable results in just 2 months of sticking to my personalized macro plan and training sessions. I highly recommend this gym and JC for personal training sessions!

Recently joined and had a session with JC. He asked about my goals and any injuries that could be slowing me down. Within the first session I was training pain free for the first time in years, feeling confident about my goals, and he helped me clean up my diet. JC is a wizard!

I found fuerza gym back in 2020 when it was still operating from the garage!!!! I have always been lifting weights all my life but then I found powerlifting. That gym and thier head coach JC I was able to reach my true potential. I competeted in uspa and was able to win nationals in the 140kg class. I squatted 715lbs!!! Thanks to his help and dedication to the sport. Also I was able to find true love in that gym not all of us can say that but I guess I was just lucky. Overall good gym good people good coaching
