I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office—specifically from the receptionist Cathy. I came in with a broken pair of glasses and another frame that I ordered to see if my current lenses could be put into the new frame. I received a phone call a couple of days later saying the new frame had broken, but instead of offering a respectful explanation, she told me it broke because they were “cheap knockoff glasses.” That comment was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and offensive. I have been a patient of Dr Scott for over 20 years, my whole family goes to him as well. He is the BEST!!! He is a very concerned doctor, always following up when necessary. Calling after hours as well. Who does that??? I feel so fortunate to have him in my life. I told him over and over, he better not retire. Lol. Thank you so much for your caring, support, patience and understanding. A big thank you to Kathy and Michelle as well, his office staff.
