1st line staff at desk was very nice & helpful. Very little wait for appt... was able to look at the frame choices while waiting. Appt went smoothly. Dr was easy to talk to, and very informative. Was able to order new glasses that day, & they were ready for pick up within a week.
I have been a patient of Dr. Scott for over 25 years. He is very thorough, professional, and always pleasant. I would highly recommend.
I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office—specifically from the receptionist Cathy. I came in with a broken pair of glasses and another frame that I ordered to see if my current lenses could be put into the new frame. I received a phone call a couple of days later saying the new frame had broken, but instead of offering a respectful explanation, she told me it broke because they were “cheap knockoff glasses.” That comment was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and offensive.
