Cleaned a rent house completely and when I left they didnt pay back deposit claiming there was a lot of junk they had to haul off and that the inside was messed up. I have witnessed and pictures. The maintenance guy they have had to watch a YouTube video once to fix our fence (which he did wrong). The carpet guy they always hire for houses cant properly lay carpet.
